Sendparcelnow uses some of the most important express couriers companies to organise and manage your shipments. We currently use Ups, Fedex, Tnt, Dpd, Parcel Force and many others. If you prefere a courier for your shipment please contact customer support before the shipment.

You can track your shipment trougth our online track system.
What do you need is:

  1. Tracking number
  2. Courier name

You cand find both on the shipping label

Linked to our track system, enter the tracking number and select the courier name

Collection

  • What can I do if I don’t receive the label for my parcel?

Don’t worry. The label will be sent to your email as soon as the order is placed. Our teams have to create all labels manually so don’t worry if you don’t receive it immediately. If, however you don’t receive this after an hour of placing your order then please contact our friendly customer service team via email, whatsapp or phone call.

  • Can I arrange for a parcel to be collected from someone else?

Yes, you can arrange your parcel pick up at any public or private home, but remember to indicate the correct address.

Please contact us by mail or phone to rebook a pick up.

Delivery

Delivery times are 1-2 working days for national shipments and 3-5 working days for international shipments. Due to events of force majeure, delivery times may vary.

  • Where do I take my parcels to have them delivered?

If the receiver is not home, our express courier will leave a note. He will then attempt to deliver the parcel in the following 2 days. If there are any last minute changes to the final destination, then please let us know so we can contact the courier for you. After the third attempt, the express courier will leave your parcel at the sorting office for collection and will be available for the next 10 days. If no-one picks the parcel up after 10 days, it will be returned to you.
