Post Brexit international shipping updateDear customers,

as it is now known, from January 1st 2021 Great Britain (GB) will no longer be part of the customs and fiscal territory of the European Union.

The circulation of goods between the UK and the EU will therefore be considered trade with a Third part Country and therefore subject to customs operations.


All international shipments to or from the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) will must include:

  • SHIPPING LABEL
  • PROFORMA INVOICE
  • DECLARATION OF FREE EXPORT
  • COPY OF THE SENDER'S IDENTITY DOCUMENT
  • COPY OF VAT NUMBER


From the very recent updates on the long-awaited deal between the United Kingdom and the EU, even if the circulation of goods between Great Britain and the European Union will be managed by customs, it will not be necessary to pay customs duties, therefore the recipient will not have to make extra payments on delivery.
However, all this is leading to an increase of the shipping prices and a probable extension of standard delivery times for customs clearance procedures.
At the moment we are not sure how much these will be increased but we will provide more details in the coming days.
In any case, we will always provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment and know the location and day of delivery.

We at SendParcelNow.com have been carrying out Extra Cee shipments for some time, such as those to and from Switzerland, therefore we are prepared and ready to assist each of our customers towards familiarization with these procedures.
To make the process of shipping to and from the United Kingdom from a Third Country easier, we will provide you with the required documents and help you fill them in right from the booking stage.
