• Easter operational plan

Dear customers, given the Easter holidays, we would like to inform you about our operational plan in order for you to better organise your shipments during this challenging  periods.
Usually during bank holidays couriers don’t work so Sendparcelnow.com also has to stop.
For this reason it will not be possible to schedule collections or to receive deliveries in UK on Friday 10th April and on Monday 13th April, as Good Friday and bank holiday respectively.

Both couriers and Sendparcelnow.com will be operational again from Tuesday 14th April.
Through Sendparcelnow.com you can still schedule a collection for Tuesday 14th April by 5pm of Thursday 9th April.
After this time you can only schedule shipments with collection starting from Wednesday 15th April.

During these two days of closing for holidays you will not be able to receive assistance from our customer service.
All activities will resume regularly from Tuesday 14th April.

We wish you happy holidays and please respect the rules given by the government in order to limit the spread of the virus as much as we can.
