• Sendparcelnow's Christmas period operational plan

Dear customers, given the Christmas holidays, we would like to inform you about our operational plan in order for you to better organise your shipments during this busy periods.
Here is SendParcelNow.com's operational plan for the Christmas period.

Usually on holidays couriers don’t work so Sendparcelnow.com also has to stop.
For this reason it won’t be possible to schedule collections or to receive deliveries on Friday 25th December, Monday 28th December and on Friday 1th Genuary as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and First of the year Day respectively.

Both couriers and Sendparcelnow.com will be operational again during the holiday in the following days:

• 24th, 29th, 30th and 31th December from 9 to 12.

During these 4 days of closing for holidays you won’t to be able to receive assistance from our customer service but you can booking a shipment on our website.
Through Sendparcelnow.com you can still schedule a collection for Tuesday 29th December by 12AM of Thursday 24th December.
After this time you can only schedule shipments with collection starting from Wednesday 30th December.

From Monday 4th Genuary we’ll be operational again regularly from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 AM and from 2 to 5 PM
